Ordering and Payment

• All prices displayed on our website are in PKR and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or shipping fees.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

• We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery by us to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

• You may return most new, unopened items in original condition for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
